How to Raise a Grievance

Email your complaint to corporate@etheraedge.com with "Grievance" in the subject line, or write to the registered office address above. Please include your name, the email address associated with your account, and a clear description of the issue so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Our Response Times

We acknowledge every grievance within 24 hours of receipt. Standard complaints are resolved within 15 days; more complex matters within 30 days, extendable to a maximum of 60 days where justified, with written notice to you. Content takedown requests under the Intermediary Rules are actioned within 72 hours. In every case, grievances are resolved within the 90-day ceiling prescribed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDPA, or the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
