Collapse a whole duplicate group in one click — and trust your dashboard dates

Tidying up duplicate students just got faster, and your dashboard now shows you exactly what you asked for. This release lets you collapse a whole group of duplicate records into one, choose any custom date range, and download a finance report that matches the period on screen.

Merge a whole duplicate group in one click

When the same student has been added three, four or five times, you no longer have to merge the records two at a time. Merge all into one collapses the entire group into a single record in one step — keeping the record with the most history and the earliest start, and moving every batch, enrolment and payment from the others across to it. Before you confirm, you'll see each duplicate listed with its start date, status, batches and payments, so it's clear which record is kept and exactly what moves. You'll find it under Settings → Duplicate Students.

Pick any custom date range on your dashboard

The dashboard Period filter now lets you set a proper custom range: your first click starts the range and your second click finishes it, so you can look at any window you like, right down to a single fortnight. We've also nudged the calendar's back and forward arrows so they sit neatly on the calendar header instead of overlapping the preset buttons.

Your finance report matches the period you picked

Set the dashboard to a period like Last month and your Download report now includes only the invoices and payments that fall inside that period, so the file matches the figures on your dashboard cards. Choose All time and you still get the complete record for your accountant — nothing is lost, it's simply scoped to what you asked for.

The right phone code on every new student or parent

When you added a student or parent and kept your organisation's default country, the saved number could pick up the wrong dial code and quietly break WhatsApp messages to that family. New students and parents now save with your country's real dial code, so the saved number matches what you see on the review screen and reminders reach the right phone first time.

Clearer icons across your menus

A few small visual gaps are now filled in. The Duplicate Students and Online Payments entries in Settings now show their icons, and every Did Not Join reason — not just the financial ones — now has its own icon, so your menus and the reason picker read clearly at a glance.
