See every centre's performance on one screen — no spreadsheets required
If you run more than one tutoring centre, you know the drill: log in, check one branch, log out, switch, repeat. This release puts an end to that shuffle. You can now add branches yourself, switch between them instantly, and — for the first time — see how every centre is performing side by side on your dashboard.
Watch it in action
Previously, only the platform team could create a new branch for you. Now you can do it yourself from Settings → Branches in under a minute. Fill in the name, set the address, and your new centre is live — ready for enrolments, batches, and invoicing. No support ticket, no waiting.
Switching is just as quick: tap your avatar in the top-right corner, pick the branch you need, and you're there without leaving whatever page you were on.
Branch cards with live counts
Every branch now has its own card showing live counts of students, batches, and courses. At a glance you can tell which centre is growing and which might need attention — no need to open each one individually. You can search and sort the list as your organisation scales, and tap into any card for a detail view where you can update the branch name or address.
A refreshed avatar menu that always tells you where you are
The avatar dropdown has been rebuilt to show your organisation name, your role, and — crucially — the branch you are currently working in. A banner at the top of the screen mirrors this, so you'll never accidentally add a student to the wrong centre again. Theme controls (Light, Dark, System) now live here too, keeping the header clean.
Multi-branch analytics on the dashboard (Experimental)
Here's the headline feature — and it's one we're particularly excited about, even in its early form. A new set of summary cards on your dashboard shows revenue, month-on-month trends, active students, and active batches for every branch at once. A filter at the top lets you drill into a single branch without changing your active workspace.
Please note: This view is currently an experimental preview. The figures — especially active-student and active-batch counts — may shift as we refine the calculations over the coming weeks. We'd love your feedback on what's useful and what needs tweaking.
If you operate a single branch, nothing changes for you — the filter simply won't appear.
Quality-of-life improvements
A handful of smaller refinements round out this release. Indian organisations now get automatic city and state fill when typing a PIN code in any address form. The WhatsApp notification history on invoice pages opens at the most recent message and supports pagination. And the "Partially Outstanding" label now appears consistently everywhere an invoice balance is shown, replacing the older "Partially Paid" wording.
