Share Study Materials, Invite Your Team, and Let Student Statuses Update Themselves
This release gives tutoring centres three things they have been asking for: a place to store and share study materials, a proper way to bring staff on board with their own accounts, and one less manual chore at the end of every course.
File sharing (early preview)
You can now upload study materials — worksheets, notes, past papers — and organise them by course, batch, and topic. Students see only the files that belong to their course, so nothing gets lost in email or WhatsApp threads.
Drag and drop files up to 100 MB, browse your library in grid or list view, and search or paginate as the collection grows. Every file shows its type, size, and who uploaded it. You will find it under Sidebar → Files or the Files quick action on the home screen.
This is an early preview. The add-on and some details are still being finalised — feedback is welcome as the feature takes shape.
Team invitations and management
Invite staff to your centre with their own accounts and a role that fits — Branch Admin or Teacher. The invite workflow lets you review and edit every detail before sending. If you need to remove someone later, confirmation steps make sure access is not revoked by accident. Pending invitations can be cancelled at any time.
Previously, centre owners had no way to give teachers their own login, which often meant sharing a single password and exposing sensitive data. Now each team member gets their own account with access scoped to their role. Head to Settings → Team & Users to get started.
Automatic student completion
When you mark a student's last enrolment as completed, the student record is now marked as completed too — automatically. A confirmation message tells you both changes were made, so there is no guesswork.
Before this change, completing a final enrolment left the student listed as Active. You had to remember to update their status by hand, and it was easy to forget. That manual step is gone.
Social login profiles
If you sign in with Google or Apple, your name and email are now properly saved to your profile. Users who signed up earlier and had a blank name will see it filled in automatically on their next login — no action needed.
