Catch a failed renewal early, and choose your privacy with confidence
Billing surprises and privacy guesswork are two things no centre owner needs. This release helps on both fronts: a clear warning if your renewal payment ever fails, straightforward cookie choices when you and your team use EtheraGuru, and EtheraGuru's own refund and fair-use terms published in plain sight.
A clear warning if your renewal payment fails
If a renewal payment does not go through, you will now see an unmistakable "Payment failed — action required" banner at the top of EtheraGuru. It includes an "Update Payment" button, and you can keep working during a short grace period of about a day, so nothing is cut off by surprise. As soon as the payment succeeds, your access returns automatically. You will also find the details under Settings → Subscription.
Clear cookie choices when you and your team use EtheraGuru
When you or your team open EtheraGuru, or visit EtheraGuru's website, you will now see a cookie banner with everything beyond the essentials switched off until you choose. "Accept all" and "Only essential" are shown with equal weight, and the preferences panel lets analytics and session replays be switched on or off separately. EtheraGuru also respects your browser's privacy setting, and you can change your mind at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Nothing non-essential runs until you agree.
Refund and acceptable-use terms you can actually find
EtheraGuru now publishes its own Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy clearly on the EtheraGuru website. These explain where you stand on refunds and fair use as a subscriber, including the standards that apply to WhatsApp messages and student information. They are linked from EtheraGuru's footer and legal directory, so the terms of your subscription are easy to find whenever you need them.
